In our two week look at the kinds of stories that have emerged, we will reflect on what makes something a Christmas story, (hint -- it is more than just taking place in December). From ancient legends to Hallmark movies, the Spirit of Christmas shapes our lives like no other Biblical narrative. December 13 and December 20 at 7:00 on Zoom. Your assignment for December 13... What is the story of Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol." Read or re-read it or watch a movie version, a cartoon, or look up a synopsis. Also be willing to share your favorite Christmas story, whatever it may be. SUNDAY, DECEMBER 18: We’ll be gathering here at Second Christian at 4:00pm to regale our neighbors in the Foreside.
